The sale of all food items is final and we cannot accept returns or exchange of any food item. We guarantee that all food items shipped are in good quality condition
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a shipment that has external damage upon receipt, please do not refuse it. File a claim with the delivery company. They are responsible for damaged or loss during shipping. They will pick up the package, inspect it and return it to us.
We take extra precaution in packing your contents to ensure it arrives undamaged. In the event you receive damaged or have any other problems with your order, please contact us at customer service@grandmagracesgoodies.com within 5 business days after receiving your package. If you find damage after opening your package notify USPS or the Carrier at once. Please retain all packaging material for the carrier's collection and retain all paperwork such as invoices or packing slips that can be used as proof of purchase.
