All orders are shipped USPS (Parcel Post) or UPS Ground (our option), which requires a street address (no PO boxes, Please).  Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, however, if we must ship a partial order due to an out of stock situation we will notify you by email, or with your approval we will substitute a like item. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Sorry, we do not ship jam out of the US.  Due to the paperwork and unpredictable fees associated with international customs and inspections, not to mention the very real possibility that your jam may be "inspected" (opened) by agricultural authorities it isn't worth it.
